Cubiks Situational Judgement Tests

The Situational Judgment Test published by Cubiks allows the candidate to experience through the application what it is like to be within the job he/she is applying for, and thus to have a short overview of the position.

The Cubiks Situational Judgement Test is customizable for any position, giving the employer the opportunity to create their own questions and statements based on the job. It assesses the candidate's abilities and adequacy for the position through a series of scenarios in which the applicant must react to different presented propositions. Cubiks' SJT questions reflect situations that may be experienced at work. A choice of several answers is possible, and two types of exercises are proposed in the same question:

In the first type, for each answer, the candidate must select the responses effectiveness. The scale used is 1 to 5, being 1: counterproductive; 2: ineffective; 3: slightly effective; 4: effective; 5: highly effective.

In the second type, the candidate must rank the answers from the most effective to the least effective. Here, only two of the answers can be chosen. The candidate must then click on the arrows below the proposals, the arrow turned upwards meaning that this answer is the most effective, the downward arrow means that the candidate considers this response to be the least effective.
